Test Engineer

Own how we know a release is safe to ship — automated coverage, the release gate, and the evidence behind both.

What you will do

Build and maintain automated test suites across web and mobile products
Define what gets tested manually and what belongs in CI, and keep that line honest
Own regression coverage for releases, including the mobile device matrix
Investigate production defects to root cause rather than to symptom
Work with engineers from the design stage, not after the pull request

What we are looking for

Experience testing web or mobile applications in a delivery team
Working knowledge of an automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress or Appium
Comfortable reading application code and writing your own scripts
Able to write a defect report another engineer can act on without a follow-up call

MOBILE ENGINEERING

React Native Developer

Build iOS and Android applications that stay fast on an average device with a weak connection.

What you will do

Build and ship cross-platform applications with React Native
Own performance budgets — cold start, interaction latency, bundle size
Implement offline-capable, sync-first behaviour with a defined conflict model
Take releases through the App Store and Play Store, including review responses
Integrate native modules in Swift or Kotlin where the platform requires it

What we are looking for

Production React Native experience with apps live in both stores
Solid JavaScript or TypeScript, and comfort with native build tooling
Understanding of state management, navigation and offline storage patterns
Enough Swift or Kotlin to debug across the bridge

GROWTH

Business Development Executive

Find the businesses whose problems we are genuinely the right team for, and start honest conversations with them.

What you will do

Identify and qualify prospects across our sectors and target markets
Run first conversations that establish the problem before the proposal
Work with engineering and design on scoping and proposal preparation
Maintain the pipeline and report on it accurately, including what is not moving
Represent us at industry events and in partner conversations

What we are looking for

Experience in B2B business development, ideally selling services rather than licences
Able to hold a technical conversation without overpromising
Clear written English — most first impressions here are a written one
Comfortable being told by our engineers that a deal is not a good fit
