HOW WE WORK

Six steps. The last one never really ends.

A process built to remove guesswork. You always know what is being decided, what it costs and what happens next — and you see working software every fortnight.

THE DELIVERY CYCLE

  1. 01

    Discover

We start by understanding your business, customers, competitors and objectives.

  2. 02

    Define

We turn ideas into a clear product strategy with measurable outcomes.

  3. 03

    Design

Our designers create intuitive experiences focused on usability and engagement.

  4. 04

    Develop

Our engineers build scalable, secure, high-performance products on modern technology.

  5. 05

    Deploy

We ship with robust infrastructure, thorough testing and quality assurance.

  6. 06

    Grow

After launch we continue with optimization, analytics, new features and support.

BEFORE THE WORK STARTS

Four conversations and a signature.

Nothing about the commercial process is designed to create pressure. You should be able to compare us honestly against another team.

01

Introductory call

Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, we tell you whether we are the right team for it — including when the answer is no.

02

Scoping session

A working session with the people who own the outcome. We leave with a shared understanding of scope, constraints and what success is measured in.

03

Proposal

Approach, team shape, timeline and price. One document, no options priced to make the middle one look reasonable.

04

Kick-off

Environments, access and the first cycle planned. Work starts within two weeks of signature in most engagements.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE

Four habits you will notice in the first fortnight.

None of these are unusual. They are simply the things most engagements quietly drop once the schedule gets tight.

One accountable team

Strategy, design, engineering and infrastructure sit together. There is always a single person who can answer for the whole delivery.

Short cycles, real increments

You see working software every fortnight. Scope conversations happen against something you can click, not a document.

Written decisions

Architecture and product decisions are recorded with their reasoning, so the team you have in two years understands the one you have today.

Honest reporting

When something slips or an approach turns out to be wrong, you hear it in the next update, not at the deadline.
