CASE STUDY // HEALTHTECH

Care that responds, from first tap to handoff.

TriQare is building one-tap ambulance dispatch for India. We designed and built its public face twice: a launch site that turned a mission into a waitlist, then the QSoS platform site that explains a four-sided system to each side in its own terms.

The brief

In an Indian medical emergency, the delay is rarely the drive. It is the helpline that rings out, the operator who cannot see which ambulance is free, and the hospital that learns a patient is coming when they arrive.

TriQare set out to remove those gaps with a single platform. Its website had two jobs at two different moments: first, earn trust for a product that did not exist yet; later, explain a working system to four audiences who want very different things from it.

What we delivered

  • Brand launch website with early-access waitlist
  • Platform website for QSoS with four audience journeys
  • Sign-up, sign-in and live-demo entry points
  • Mobile app and driver recruitment sections
  • Mobile-first, responsive build on both sites
  • Cookie consent and privacy notice

TWO SITES, ONE STORY

From a promise to a platform.

Phase 1 — Launch

triqare.in: the brand in public

Before the product was ready, TriQare needed people to believe in it. The launch site leads with the problem in plain numbers — lives lost to delay — and one line that carries the brand: "India leads, We move."

Everything below the fold does one job: turn a reader into a founding member. Three value pillars (Safety First, Instant Help, Peace of Mind), the allied services on the roadmap, user stories and a single early-access action repeated where the reader is ready for it.

Phase 2 — Platform

QSoS: one system for the whole response chain

As the product matured into QSoS, the story changed from a promise to a platform. The second site speaks to four audiences at once — patients, ER teams, transport operators and drivers — without making any of them wade through the others’ pitch.

We moved the visual language from cinematic to operational: a light, calm interface, a live operations-console preview in the hero, and routes into sign-up, sign-in, a live demo, the mobile app and a driver recruitment track.

THE HARD PART

Four readers, one page.

A marketplace has to sell to every side at once. We gave each audience its own entry point and its own vocabulary, and kept the patient message first because that reader has the least time.

01

Patients and families

One-tap SOS, live ambulance tracking and a stored medical profile — told in the fewest possible words, because the reader may be frightened.

02

ER teams and hospitals

Incoming-case visibility and capacity by specialty, framed around the handoff rather than the app.

03

Transport operators

Fleet tracking, automatic assignment of the nearest unit and reporting, with role-based access so each tier sees only its own data.

04

Drivers

A separate "Drive with QSoS" track that recruits supply without diluting the patient-facing message.
